A way to warm up to DSM-V & ICD10
I went ahead and hit the "Buy" button for the DSM-V iPhone app and Im actually enjoying thumbing through it. OK, "enjoy" might be an overstatement, but the app is well laid out and engaging as a way to explore. You can read by categories of diagnoses down the left column, or search easily. It has the ICD9 and ICD10 codes for each and lists diagnostic criteria. The app really is a lot better organized and approachable than the print edition.
Its expensive for an app but will probably get more use than my bound edition. Of course what it lacks is a complete ICD10 listing independent of the DSM-sanctioned nomenclature, but for everyday use (and a comfortable way to warm up to DSM-V and ICD10) it may be worth it for many.
